Cyclone IV EP4CE22 FPGA and system-on-a-programmable chip (SOPC) methodology, the BeMicro is a USB stick form factor which plugs into the USB host connector of a PC or a USB hub and is powered from this source. Microtronix Mobile DDR Memory Controller IP Core
In partnership with Arrow, Microtronix provides a free 1-year OpenCores Plus evaluation license of our
Avalon Multi-port Mobile DDR Memory Controller IP Core to enable designers to trial and evaluate their custom embedded SOCP designs on the
BeMicro board. The Avalon Multi-port MDDR Memory Controller is a fully feature SDRAM IP core and can be used for building new hardware designs incorporating Mobile DDR devices. The license is restricted to Cyclone IV family of devices only. A copy of the core is supplied with the evaluation license.
The Avalon Multi-port MDDR IP Core, PN: 4240-00-00 supplied for the BeMicro board a device restricted version of our standard product and licensed for Cyclone FPGA devices only. This version of the core is sold at a lower price than our standard cores.
BeMicro MDDR Memory Controller IP Core Reference Design
In order to compile, download and test custom Quartus project on the BeMicro board, designers require an OpenCores Plus Reference Design file (license.dat) for the Microtronix Avalon MDDR Memory Controller. A copy of the IP Core and evaluation license can be downloaded using the icon above or link below.
